Maximilian Kolbe College – Building Futures Through Inclusive Excellence

Maximilian Kolbe College is a transformative higher education institution designed specifically for neurodiverse learners. Launching in August 2026, built on a proven model for success, we provide a purpose-built environment where accommodations are foundational, ensuring every Maverick has the support they need to thrive in academics and beyond.

The Employment Crisis

Statistics show a critical 75–79% unemployment rate for neurodivergent individuals without targeted support, even those with average to above-average intelligence. Transitioning just one person into employment yields $1–2M in lifetime societal savings.

The Educational Gap

Most traditional universities are structurally incompatible with neurodivergent learning patterns. We provide a purpose-built environment where accommodations are not just available—they are foundational to our institutional model.

The Legacy of Maximilian Kolbe

Saint Maximilian Kolbe was a Polish priest who, during World War II, demonstrated the ultimate act of human dignity and courage by volunteering to die in place of a stranger at the Auschwitz concentration camp. His life was defined by the profound recognition of the inherent worth and potential within every individual, regardless of their circumstances or societal labels. At Maximilian Kolbe College, his legacy is not just a story we tell, but the foundation upon which we are built. We believe that neurodivergent learners possess immense brilliance and dignity, and our mission is to provide an environment where that worth is recognized, celebrated, and championed every day.

Dignity of Work

Every person possesses inherent worth. We recognize the unique brilliance of neurodivergent minds as a gift to society.

Meaningful employment is a fundamental right. We bridge the gap between higher education and a fulfilling career path.

Community Benefit
Student-Centered Decisions
Collaborative Partnership

Our success is measured by the value graduates bring to the world and the significant societal savings generated through inclusive employment.

Every financial and operational choice is evaluated by a single metric: "Does this advance neurodivergent student success?"

We work alongside families, employers, and neurodiverse leaders to scale a proven model that builds lasting futures.
